In order to better distribute the many exciting opportunities I have been asked to provide CCIEs I have decided to use this URL to do so. I have been exclusively supporting the career objectives of CCIEs and future CCIEs for several years now. Because of my focus on CCIEs I was asked to join the SRS (Strategic Recruitment Solutions)Program as one of, if not the first inductee. The Cisco Talent initiative created and driven by the Worldwide Channels is a unique effort to provide the best of the best in recruitment solutions to the Cisco Channel resellers.
Since the inception of this program and my inclusion in this historic effort we have provided CCIEs to resellers looking for advanced reseller certifications. Silver, Gold, UC, TelePresence, and more reseller qualifications have been met because of our efforts. While our original goal was to work as advocate for the CCIE my team and I have become vehicles for the advancement of the employers of CCIEs, CCVPs, CCVP, CCSP and other certified Cisco resources.
What we provide at CCIE Agent, Ltd is a simple way of connecting CCIEs with Cisco Channel Partners and resellers around the world. This is truely a global effort and our successes have been recorded in Nigeria, Zurich, Germany, Canada, Angola, Libya, Saudi Arabia, Yemen, Afghanistan, Brazil, Kenya, Poland, Mexico, Greece, Australia and our list is growing daily.
I am proud to donate my time freely to the Cisco Network Academy in the many places I have traveld I am happy to share with you my deep pride in giving the students a chance to discuss their careers and goals. The Cisco Network Academy is the ultimate incubator of the future talent that will take networkng to new heights. These young people are the future and deserve the support and mentoring of the first generation of IT professionals now retiring.

Yup it’s a recruiting industry term just look it
up in the recruiter’s glossary. We talk funny but then what else do we have
to do? In case you are not aware there
is a Santa and he checks a list occasionally for those who have been naughty or
nice. I knew this would happen. I
was visiting Narbik’s boot camp in Philadelphia this past week. There was one student who stood up to shake
my hand and he said, “This is like meeting Santa.” I should have known that would end up as a
theme in an article. But really, if you
followed the link and checked out the glossary of recruiting terms you
would see it only means have you been good?
Are you able to pass a background check and drug screen? In some of the DoD roles I am recruiting for
there are requirements for clearances that you can fail if you have been doing
drugs, er well if you have been caught doing them, er I mean if you have been
arrested and the cop did not enjoy them with you. So if you have a history devoid of any nasty
information about you and an FBI agent can visit your kindergarten teacher and
learn you were not raised an ax murderer from the cradle you might be able to
land some really cool work.

Remember
in my article carried by a bunch of the blogs, “CCIEs Making History” I
shared with you some information about Top Secret project staffing I was
doing? Then with Gorgon Stare we
revisited the subject again in a different kind of space. Well the battles rage on for talent as
well. There are not enough of you out
there with Top Secret Clearances. So I
was asked to collect a few more folks with CCIE certifications who would like
to fast track into one of the highest paying sectors in the USA.
